At WACPPS, we are excited to announce the launch of our NEW app – Support Me.
Support Me is an app for parents to keep an eye on their wellness, and get insights into the lifestyle factors that influence it.
The aim of the Support Me app on the apple platform is to support parents in the perinatal period (0-4 years). It will allow you to track your mood, become aware of external influence on your mood state, learn how to access and seek support, as well as the ability to alert your selected “support person” when you may need extra care.
Check-in – simply turn the dial to check in on your current mood state.
Are you OK Questionnaire – this questionnaire can assist in linking you directly with a Mental Health helpline and/or your nominated support person.
Support Person – it is important to have people you can trust and turn to during difficult days or crisis.
Daily Questions – answer a few daily questions to receive insights about your lifestyle and mood.
Insights – learn about the relationship between your lifestyle and how you feel.
Resources – with each insight, additional resources are available through our website in order to support you on your parenting journey.
The Western Australian Centre for Perinatal Mental Health and Parenting Support (WACPPS) is the sister organisation of Women’s Health & Wellbeing Services, a not for profit organisation that works with women and families in the community to reduce the impact of mental health problems on families and to help foster growth, for strong women and strong families.
