Dad Chats

GAIN STRATEGIES TO MANAGE PARENTHOOD HIGHS & LOWS

Dad Chats is an informal dads’ group to explore the many parts of being a dad, and the many ways being a Dad can look.

The program covers topics around communication, boundary setting, and self-discovery/exploration. It is run by an experienced facilitator; however, the greatest learning comes from the interactions between the dads themselves. Dad Chats starts with a general session thinking about our own experience of fathers, and then through future sessions looks at the many ways a Dad can be involved in the family.

These workshops are an opportunity to meet like-minded dads who are navigating through the parenting journey as well.
